Collaboration Usage - Trial

Hi,

I recently downloaded the trial version of the collaboration package..

And I started playing around the write back table extension in one of my qliksense qvf file.

After few minutes when I looked in to the portal.vizlib.com, I noticed that 1 of 5 seats under collaboration.

My question is how the portal identifies my usage?
