Vizlib Writeback Table & Vizlib Input Form v4.2.3 released!

- [CLB-3679]: [Writeback Table & Input Form] Qlik Sense May'22 - Number formatting is wrong
Due to changes in Qlik's APIs, not all number formats were working properly which especially had impact on Numeric and Calculated columns. With this Qlik version, they also stopped supporting 'A' format for abbreviations (previously a custom format of '0.00A' would display the value 1000 as 1.00k). To counter this new limitation we added a new setting to in the Property Panel to enable abbreviations while using any format. Note that if you were previously using 'A' custom formatting you will have to adjust this setting when you update Qlik Sense to May 2022 or newer.

There was a bug which only affected Qlik developers. Changes made to the format in the Property Panel was not applied until there was a data change in the extension (e.g. selection was made).
- [CLB-3680]: [Input Form] Server-less Input Forms with app reload - Reload in progress error
In some configurations Input Form would show a dialog with 'Reload in progress'-error, despite that the application had been reloaded and data written back properly.
