Pivot Table Dimension Styling

Hi-I’d like to conditionally color the text of my forth dimension on my pivot table. It is a combination of two fields, project ID and project note. When the recent_update flag associated for that project ID I’d like the project ID/project note dimension to be a different color. I cannot achieve this using the dynamic styling of dimension options. Is this type of thing possible?
