- [VSS-11074]: Not installed extensions show in custom-report top bar

Extensions/visualizations that were not installed would show up as alternatives.

- [VSS-11048]: The wrong Dimension is pasted when we try to drag and drop it in the Pivot Table embedded in the Custom Report

Drag and drop in a pivot inside the Custom Report did not pick up the correct dimension.
