- [LIB-11392]: KPI Designer - Full Screen Show/Hide Setting Ineffective on QS May 22 and Cloud

The KPI Designer in Qlik SaaS/Cloud wasn't respecting the Show/Hide setting for the full screen icon.

- [LIB-11195]: VizlibKPI images does not work after transfer app to cloud

When an image file name has special characters it did not work properly.
