- [LIB-11317]: Add master item colors to Pie Chart

Master item/Library colors can now be applied to the Vizlib Pie Chart.

- [LIB-11308]: Pie chart - using dimension in Color by expression has incorrect display

When you have a dimension with HEX colors, the Pie Chart was not registering the colors.
