Hide Native Qlik Toolbar/Menu Functionality for Mobile and Tablet Views

The Vizlib Sheet Menu Plus does an excellent job hiding all of the native Qlik Sense navigation buttons, drop downs, field finder, etc. for Desktop displays, but on Mobile and Tablet sized displays, the native Qlik navigation objects are appearing.  I have been able to work around this using css, but it would be awesome if hiding the native Qlik nav on all display sizes was inherent in the Sheet Menu Plus extension options.

Also increasing the reCAPTHCA size (or being able to expand it) on the feature request form would be helpful!
