Gantt Chart - allow additions of custom images to Symbol library

While there is a diamond in the icon list, there is not one in the Symbols list. A diamond (a square rotated 45 degrees) is the standard symbol for a Milestone and should be available in Icons and Symbols. Or, we should be able to import our own images into the Symbols library.
