- [VSS-11022]: Add separate settings for elements to override global background color setting

The background color can now be set individually for each element inside the Toolbar. This allow you to for example highlight a certain item

- [VSS-11223]: Dimension Search does not work

When adding dimensions using the property panel the search did not work properly at all times.
