Vizlib Tiles - Gauge layer type - Boundaries evaluated for each dimension values

We can compute lower and upper boundaries for min/max gauge values but the value is the same whatever the dimension value is. The possibility to be able to evaluate the min/max gauge boundaries should be available for each dimension values.
