- [LIB-11624]: In a mashup the tooltip doesn't render or displays in an incorrect position

The tooltip position, when you have the KPI Designer, was frequently showing up in the wrong position, or was not rendering at all.

- [LIB-11667]: KPI Designer Gauge has an inconsistent display of values

One of the KPI Designer's inbuilt charts, the 'Gauge', showed inconsistent value.
