Sheet Menu Plus Top bar image logo disappears on first load

I am using Sheet Menu plus and using an image as a logo to cover up portion of the top bar. The image I am using is designed with text on the left side and a logo in the middle, so that when I add it, the top bar has text on left corner and a logo in the middle.

My Vizlib extension version is 1.3.1

I am on Qlik Sense May 2021 Patch 6 version

When I open the dashboard, the logo image does not appear. But when I refresh or move to another sheet, the logo image appears.
