- [LIB-12305]: Chart stuck in the loading loop after upgrading

Console errors and incomplete loading of the Line Chart was noticed.

- [LIB-12262]: Vizlib Line Chart - Limiting dimension values won't show "Other" label

When you limit the dimension values, for example to only display 5, the "Other" label is not present.
