Disable banner / info text for cloud dedicated capacity

It would be good if you could disable the banner / info text about dedicated capacity that turns up on qlik cloud using vizlib server after 10 seconds or so when reload hasn't started yet.

I do understand that you want to explain to user that its not your vizlib that queue things up but i don't think this is something that the end-user should be notified about.

So a toogle in VMC to disable the banner would be good.
