License Management

Would VizLib be able to add some housekeeping features to license management?

Currently, the only way to remove licenses is one by one; selecting delete and than typing DELETE into a confirmation popup.  It is quite the manual task, and can be very cumbersome when multiple licenses need to be removed.

If admins had the ability to set a an expiration date, based on inactivity, that would be extremely helpful.  For example, if a user has not used it in 6 months the license is removed automatically without interference because the admin has set a 6 month inactivity parameter.  If an interactive inactivity expiration feature was built in,  admins would still be able to choose to keep all active even if they have not used it in years, or admins would be able to custom tailor the expiration setting to their needs such as, one month, two month, one year, etc..

Removing the licenses one by one is not ideal since it is such a manual task.

If an inactivity expiration feature is not something VizLib would like to entertain, maybe adding a feature where admins would be able to select more than one user at a time to delete, such as a radial button would be possible.  That way admins would be able to select each user they wish to delete and only type in the DELETE confirmation once, instead of every single time.

Thank you for your consideration.
