Make VizLib KPI Designer Line Charts more customizable

Hi,

I like adding a line chart to the KPI Designer of the last three months as a backdrop (kind of like Simple KPI Designer does). 

Even though the chart is set to 100% width, the chart is like only 3/5th of the tile. I would love it, if the chart was actually full width. Because like this, it's unusable.

Also, the top of the line always gets cut off, no matter the height and padding I set.

This could be fixed with allowing to set custom ranges instead of min/max or allowing the enabling of min/max smoothing like Vizlib Line Charts does.  

I am using Version 2.3.2
