Collaboration Server on QS Multi-Node

Hello,

We are installing vizlib server on the central node of a QS Multi-Node environment.

Our environment has a central node, and 4 RIM nodes. 

Three of these nodes have the engine service, but the proxy service is disabled.

The forth one has the proxy service, but no engine service enabled.

Folling the configuration instructions, we are getting a bit lost because they are oriented for an environment where every RIM node has all the services enabled.

So, we have some doubts:

1) Should we connect the QS RIM nodes that do not have the proxy service enabled?

2) If 1) is affirmative, we cannot link the virtual proxies for each node, as these nodes do not have a proxy service, how should we proceed?
