Add user admin tools to Vizlib Server

User management in the Vizlib Management Console is hard to do since some basic functionality is missing.  

In the section "Collaboration Users"  you can see the users and de-activate them manually.  But there is no search bar which makes it very cumbersome for installations with a large amount of users.  So add a search bar including wild card search, there is one in the User Roles section.  Also, it would be helpful if the dates of when the user was created and if possible, the last time the user used the extension to be able to sort.
