Vizlib Logging Access and Authentication Events (V-204717)

I am wondering whether Vizlib Server can be configured to meet the following requirement. As a part of Authorize-to-Operation process of the Department of Defense, the following item was identified in the Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG): V-204717 The application server must generate log records for access and authentication events. When Vizlib Management Console administrator logged into Vizlib Server, there were no logs showing whether the admin user was authenticated and accessing various menus with timestamps. All users should be logged with authentication and access records with timestamps and unique session IDs with begin and end sessions, as well.
