- [VSS-11582]: Incorrect format when using custom format

Ellipsis was sometimes used when it shouldn't.

- [VSS-11509]: Target set to Absolute creates "A" character in visualization in some cases

Depending on the numerical abbreviations set in the script sometimes the format would be wrong.
