Improvements to sliders

What I would like adding to the sliders is being able to to have the selected value to show up to the decimal place on the pointer but have the slider showing  just whole numbers. It would also be nice to have markers on the slider to show these decimal ticks but only showing values for the whole numbers on the slider.
