License Portal - manage extension

On the License Portal (Manage). It is impossible to know the correct userID when the Qlik Cloud SaaS uses Qlik iDP.



It is helpful to change UserID to Name.

    I hope you are well.

    Regarding your query, we present to you what Qlik returns to us.
    Within Vizlib, our UserID is the same/very close to our emails (i.e. joe.bloggs@vizlib.com)

    There isn't anything we can do here to change this. As I stated, we present what Qlik gives to us.
    It may be worth doing some investigations from within your company to understand how these users are being determined.

    Moreover, if you are using Mashups then this is the likely explanation for the random UserID string. This is a scenario when Qlik registers a user as using the extension but because they are not logged into your Qlik platform and are viewing this through your Mashup they are being identified as a random string.

    If you want to anonymise them further you can do this in the settings ( seen below ).
