Scrollbar remain in the same position in vizlib table after selection

I am using a vizlib table I want the scroll bar remain in the same position after I make a selection. I am facing this issue because I am making selections in a field that is not related to the model, is an 'island' field. 

However, when I make any selection on this field, the vertical scroll in my vizlib table returns to the beginning although the selection is not related.

Is it possible to avoid it?
