If you see the error below inside your extension when in the Qlik Sense Hub or mashup, then your firewall may be blocking our servers. This could be a setting in internet options (Internet Explorer 11), or could be on your local network.
If you see this when exporting or printing (exported PDF/ image/ PPT file), then the server generating the exported output, may have a firewall or a network proxy blocking our servers.
Some workarounds can be suggested in the network proxy configuration in order to resolve printing-related issues. More on this here.
Also, please ensure that your local machine and your Qlik Sense Server can communicate with our servers. You will need to ensure that the following servers are whitelisted:
For general white-listing (port 443 & 80)
For sub-domain white-listing (port 443 & 80)
- static.vizlib.com (reaching this address in the browser will show a branded 404 error, this is expected)
