Vizlib Printing produces a "something went wrong" error



If you see the error below inside your exported PDF/ image/ PPT file, then your firewall may be blocking our servers.


Please ensure that your local machine and your Qlik Sense Server can communicate with our servers. You will need to ensure that the following servers are whitelisted:



For general white-listing

  • *.vizlib.com (port 443 & 80)


For sub-domain white-listing

  • bouncer.vizlib.com (port 443 & 80)
  • static.vizlib.com (port 443 & 80)
