Vizlib Scatter Chart - Reference Area

Reference Area

Reference area shades a specific area on the scatter chart; the position of the shaded area is based on the axis values set by the user. 




Label 


Set the Label's Title.

  • Font Size 

Define the font size of the Label Title or set Auto.

  • Position

Choose the position for the Label on the reference area.




Values


  • X-X2 values

Define the range of values on the x-axis where the reference area will be displayed.

  • Y-Y2 values

Define the range of values on the y-axis where the reference area will be displayed. 




 

Area Style


  • Background

Choose between color and image appearance of the reference area. 

  • Color

Define the color of the reference area.

  • Image

Choosing an Image as the area background, you can upload it or set it using a URL. 

You can stretch an Image or set its position using  manual settings. 

  • Outer Line

Enable the Outline line.

  • Outer Color

Define the color of the outer line.

  • Opacity

Define the opacity of the reference area.




Using Reference Areas you can highlight different parts of the Scatter Chart to divide your object into certain zones as on the example below.
