Vizlib Teamwork - Introduction


Vizlib Teamwork improves the process of communication around your data. It gives your team the ability to share insights, handle data confidently and converse, collaborate and share knowledge directly in Qlik Sense, powering their analysis and aiding with decision-making. 


V3.0.0 Re-design: Vizlib Teamwork has undergone a re-design which is available with version 3.0.0 and above. You can find out about the re-design here


TABLE OF CONTENTS


Features for Vizlib Teamwork include 

  • Comments - Comment on a sheet or an individual chart to shorten the communication cycle. 
  • Bookmarks / Selections - Create and share bookmarks and selections to provide more context.
  • Rich Commentary Editor - Use emojis to add some expression and fun.
  • Inline Images - share an image from the sheet to give an instant focus. 
  • Categories - Improve the order of your comments by attaching them to a category. 
  • Workflows - Add, manage, configure and choose to show and/or edit Workflows.
  • Threading - Organize discussions on a specific message without disrupting other conversations.
  • Private Notes - Add a comment which isn't visible to other users.
  • Notifications - Notify another user directly from the app via e-mail, Slack, or Microsoft Teams, sending data/screenshots which link directly to the items for comment. Note: Sharing images or data attachments is not currently supported for Microsoft Teams.

You can find the latest version of Vizlib Teamwork on our User Portal in the Collaboration section of the Downloads page. The software includes an installation file and a demo app showing you how Vizlib Teamwork works, and you can visit our Demo Apps Gallery where you can search for examples to get your started. You can also review our Architecture Model to see which solution will be best for you. 

Note on Teamwork Enterprise: Any articles related to functions available in the Enterprise version of the product have Enterprise Only as part of the title.

Guides


Guides are articles which contain technical information relating to Vizlib Teamwork

Vizlib products all have the same installation process, and there are installation guides for Qlik Sense server and desktop. You can read the tutorial on creating forms here. Vizlib Teamwork guides include Architecture, installing the Slack Bot, setting up an Email Template, using Workflows and Workspaces, setting Security Access, MentionsSelections and BookmarksComments and ThreadingNotificationsSubscriptions, and User Profile Settings.
