The Vizlib Gantt supports from one to four dimensions. The data section permits you to add dimensions and define their settings. The first dimension is an Event, subsequent dimensions are Hierarchies.

One of the Dimensions has to be defined as Event and up to three can be added as Hierarchies.
|Events appear as bars or milestones in the timeline. Milestones and events are dynamic and change with your data.|
|Hierarchies help to organise the event bars on the timeline, up to 3 groups can be added.|
Set the Start date field by using expression and define the type.
|For End date- set the End date field using expression. For Duration, set the Duration field.|
The event bars have a progress bar option that lets users calculate custom progress based on duration/completion spend/budget etc
The property panel also includes an option to show text outside of the event bars if it's required.
Note: This feature currently has a limitation, as label names displayed outside the event bars will only be partially visible. The full label name can be displayed by using tooltip and hovering the cursor over the label.
Adding Custom Objects
Right-click on gantt to add new custom objects without entering edit mode.
Milestones - Visibility
Customize the visibility of milestone labels using Custom Event Objects.
Shows a header bar for groups, using the earliest event start date and latest event end date.
