Pricing


Where can I find information on pricing for Vizlib Product packages?


Our pricing information (including all the user packages) is available via the Vizlib Portal


From the Vizlib Portal home page or any of the product pages, click the button Buy Now. 


You can use the Account Management area (click just below your name) to view your plan and choose to upgrade there. In the same area, click Subscription to view all your subscriptions, or if you're using our free plan, to buy a plan.

What comes with Vizlib's Free Plan?


All Vizlib products are available for free for up to five users. There are no restrictions on features except for some with the Vizlib Enterprise plan; please see the section below for more information.


Please click the button to Sign up for free on our home page to create your account on the Vizlib Portal and start using Vizlib's products.


Please note: Vizlib Enterprise is designed for 100+ users, but we can arrange a free trial for a set period.

Does Vizlib have a partner program?


We run the Vizlib Partner Programme (VPP) for our global partner network. 

To join the VPP, you need to be a Qlik-certified partner. For more information, please send us an email at partners@vizlib.com, and we’ll be in touch shortly.


Vizlib Library has an extensive list of charts, but I only need two. Can I get a discount?


While we understand that sometimes requirements can be very specific, we are also firm believers that they can also change as quickly. 


Therefore Vizlib Library is a packaged solution that offers BI developers and self-service business users flexibility to respond when requirements change - and our users tell us that Vizlib Library has allowed them to explore Qlik Sense in a way they did not imagine they could before.


In our experience, customers typically begin using Vizlib with business cases for three to four components, but within six months, they typically end up using 80% of our Vizlib Library offering.

Payments 


The advertised subscription prices for Vizlib Licenses (<100 users) are only available via credit card payments. 

No payment details are required to use our Free Plan.

Can I pre-pay an annual subscription to Vizlib products?


When the Subscriptions panel displays, select your plan and billing period -  monthly or yearly payments. The cost breakdown includes the price per user and VAT when your subscription total displays.


Please note: Pricing information is displayed as a monthly fee to give you an accurate comparison of the annual discount.

Can we pay Vizlib via an invoice?


Payment via invoice is only available for Vizlib Enterprise plans of 100+ users.

 

And payment via invoice is for a minimum term of 12 months.


We also accept international bank transfers in USD $ currency only.

What features does Vizlib Enterprise have?


Contact Sales at Vizlib through email or via the Vizlib Portal to learn more about Vizlib Enterprise, where you can build a fully scalable and customized license model for your organization.


All our Vizlib subscriptions include the following: 

  • Full unrestricted access to Vizlib products.
  • Free bug fixes, updates, and new features.
  • Support for up to six latest versions and future releases of Qlik Sense.
  • NPrinting support.

How can I arrange a free trial for Vizlib Enterprise?


We can happily activate a three-week organized trial period*, where you can use Vizlib Enterprise. 

  • More users (up to 100)
  • Offline mode
  • No Watermark

During that period, we also monitor and provide focused support queries.

*Subject to availability - there is a limit on the number of enterprise trials we offer in a given month.

Subscription FAQ


Can I cancel my subscription at any time? 


Yes, you can cancel a monthly subscription at any time via the Vizlib user portal:

  • Select the Subscriptions option from your account settings to display your subscription details. 
  • Click Cancel, and your Vizlib subscription will expire at the end of the month.

Why is there a Vizlib watermark, and how do I get it removed? 


If you sign up for Vizlib as a Free Plan user (non-subscribed), we apply a transparent watermark across all our extensions (Figure 4) to indicate that you currently have a free trial version of Vizlib.


The Free Plan license is intended for you to explore Vizlib functionality and features at your own pace, but it is available for evaluation purposes only. Free Plan accounts are restricted to five users, unsupported, and should not be used in a production environment. 


The watermark is removed when you purchase a subscription. If you've purchased a subscription but the watermark displays, please check your subscription renewal date.

You can easily remove the watermark by selecting one of the following three options:

  • Subscribe to a Vizlib Professional license plan by signing up for at least ten users. You can do this via the user portal or by contacting sales@vizlib.com
  • Subscribe to a Vizlib Enterprise license plan (100+ users) by contacting sales@vizlib.com
  • Request a free three-week trial by emailing sales@vizlib.com


Important: Once you've purchased a subscription, you'll receive instructions in your confirmation message to clear the cache in your web browser so that the new licenses go into effect. 


In Qlik, please now refresh your browser page and cache to ensure watermarks are successfully removed. 


The watermark should disappear completely once the refresh is complete.
