Will COVID-19 impact Vizlib’s products and services?
Vizlib is a virtual company, with the majority of our employees able to work remotely. As a result, we do not anticipate any limits or restrictions regarding the availability of Vizlib products or services due to COVID-19. While certain Vizlib office locations have been closed temporarily or implemented a remote working policy, we continue to ensure excellent customer service for all.
Will there be any impact on Vizlib Cloud Services or the Vizlib website?
We do not anticipate any impact on Vizlib’s critical supply chain or infrastructure facilities. Additionally, our Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions are supported and operated by skilled personnel who are working remotely to provide agreed service-level coverage.
What is Vizlib’s strategy for providing customer support?
In response to the current COVID-19 pandemic, Vizlib is taking precautions to protect employees and minimize business interruptions. We have asked all our employees to work from home, and ensured everybody has adequate infrastructure to do so, to support our customers’ needs.
