Corrected issue with the 'deprecated' Visibility condition that was shifting the totals in some scenarios.

Table cell tooltip was not properly positioned in certain mashup scenarios
3. [#VZB-307]: fixed conflict console errors
Corrected some errors connected that would show up when the vizlib activity gauge, vizlib bar chart and vizlib heatmap where on the same sheet as the vizlib table
