1. [VSP-295]: Custom color missing

Both dimensions and measures were missing the custom colour expression box.

2. [VSP-299]: Vizlib Pivot Table rendering issue when collapsing/expanding

Corrected issues related with collapse/expanse cells.

3. [VSP-292]: The pivot table gets empty on applying a selection after using the scroll

Corrected unexpected behaviour linked with selections & scroll with pivots with several left and column dimensions.
