1. [VSP-354, VZB-799, VSP-353]: Corrected issues with arc labels

Label of arc description overlaps number of arc description and label alignment in Firefox.

2. [VSP-356]: Arc description was blinking when cursor is on text

Corrected some UX around the hover over effect of arcs.

3. [VZB-783]: Gauge icons were displaying incorrectly

Gauge icons were not rendered correctly.
