1. [VSP-435]: Show initial group within breadcrumb

We now show the initial group in the breadcrumb

1. [VSP-380]: Vizlib Sheet Menu keeps showing "apply changes" in property panel area when switching sheets

"Apply Changes" was shown when no changes were made

2. [VSP-444]: Vizlib Sheet Menu June 18 adds grey panel to extended sheet

The extended part of a sheet had a grey background

3. [VZB-954]: Sheet Menu Performance issue over long periods of time

Vizlib Sheet Menu performance issue was caused by a bug in the Vizlib Calendar which was resolved here: Vizlib Calendar v1.4.4 released!

Known Limitations:

Native Sheet Title Image, is still shown in IE even when disabled. This title image can manually be removed from Qlik Sense as a workaround.
