Vizlib Sheet/Side Menu: Support for Grouped Master Filters

I am working with the Side Menu Wizard in the Sheet Menu extension.  I created two master items to nest/group together filters.  I then added them with a line break in the side menu wizard and clicked done.  When I click the menu button the filters are all jumbled together.  The workaround is to add each field individually and group them with a text line but that creates work when you have many filters you want to add/group.
