User defined tooltip value not visible when content size is long

When I am trying to use custom dimension level tooltip to display some long text value.

Text which outside of screen are getting truncated or not showing due to improper positing of tooltip.

I am attaching a s/s for your ref. please take a look and let me the future plan to fix this issue.
