- [LIB-9818]: Master Measure Number Formatting
Measures used in the Bar chart now inherit the master item measure number formatting.
- [LIB-10320]: Secondary Measure Number Formatting.
The first measure number formatting is applied also to the second measure data values, instead of using the second measure original number formatting.

When measure result is null or zero, the measure color in the legend changes.

When using comma "," as the decimal separator, reference line isn't drawn.

When there are close symbols on the charts. their values overlap and the user can't read them.
