Highlight the dimension or add some mark when have filter on applied

Is there any way to highlight the dimension or add some mark when you have a filter on,

in example on the image attached below I had a filter in column ID but the cell is not highlighted to specify the filter on; of course this becomes more important when you have multiple filters on, like an excel.
