- [VSS-1847]: Add separate setting for top & side padding in elements

The padding can now be controlled in more detail. Use these four separate settings to have a more precise control of the object positions.

- [VSS-11031]: Added option to duplicate in the property panel

Right-click on an element in order to duplicate or delete it.

- [VSS-11032]: Add right-click to duplicate element in the editor

The ability to duplicate to quickly create new objects is now there also in the editor using right-click.
