Custom Report set hover highlight ON permanently in Pivot table

Currently the 'Hover highlight ON' need to be selected manually every time and it resets to OFF again for next time.

Since this highlighting is always required (for us here with our users), I am suggesting to  add additional option for specifying whether this highlight to be ON or OFF permanently. Once ON is selected, it will stay ON forever with this application.
