Moving Data Value Label for a bar

Hello everyone. I currently use Vizlib in Qlik Sense and was wondering how I can move the Data Value label from the center of the bar to the top of the bar. Does anyone know if it is possible? 

PS I found in Appearence you can change the location for symbols icons and lines only.
