Vizlib KPI Designer v2.3.4 released!

- [LIB-12441]: KPI basic Line Chart is cut off at top of object

When you use the KPI Basic Line Chart visualisation the line is partially cut at the top.

- [LIB-12430]: Viztips, KPI Designer related, don't always render

When hovering over the data points in the combo chart, at random the Viztips displays a loading image but doesn’t render.
