Writeback table settings.

HI - It would be nice to have few setting available in Writeback table.

1.Option to disable the 'Show row number', when spreaddsheet mode is enabled.
2.Option to add borders to the table (this is available in other viz tables, but not here).

3.Option to change the header font colors.
