The error 'Oops! Something went wrong :( ' is displayed in a few different scenarios. These can occur with both Qlik Sense and Qlik SaaS.
Source of error:
- If inside your extension, when in the Qlik Sense Hub or mashup, your firewall may be blocking our servers. This could be a setting in your Internet options or your local network.
- When exporting or printing (exported PDF/ image/ PPT file), the server generating the exported output may have a firewall or a network proxy blocking our servers.
We've suggested workarounds in your network proxy configuration to resolve printing-related issues.
To communicate with our servers (from your local machine and your Qlik Sense Server ensure that the following servers are whitelisted:
For general white-listing (port 443 and 80)
For sub-domain white-listing (port 443 and 80)
- static.vizlib.com (reaching this address in the browser will show a branded 404 error, this is expected)
