Vizlib Bar Chart Properties - Colors



Coloring by Expression

Color by expression, is located within the data section, within measures, under bar color. This offers the ability to color the bar based on any expression, relating to dimensions/measures.

Either use a pre-defined collection of colors (this is colored using a sort order), or define your own custom color palette by comma separating a collection of hex color codes.

Color Schemes and Auto Setting

The auto setting will inherit colors from master items (master measures and master dimensions), we plan to support master item colors for dimension values in future.

Palette Type 

Choose between gradient and color classes.

Reverse Colors

Reverse the order of colors of the color palette.

Persistent Colors

After selecting a value, colors persist and are not reassigned.

Null Value Colors

Custom or Auto mode.
